We build listings from publicly available business information and score them using one fixed, published rubric applied consistently to every company's Google reviews. Being listed here is free, and payment never changes a score or ranking. This page explains how to submit corrections, disputes, and removal requests, and what to expect when you do. Corrections

Your listing includes factual fields: business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. We'll update these fields when you provide the correct information along with something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through our regular data refreshes.

Disputes

Scores are never hand-edited. A dispute is a claim that something in the data feeding into your score is wrong: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misrepresents what customers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it's a way to fix incorrect input data.

Removals

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, when a duplicate listing exists in the directory, or when a listing falls outside the directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle also identifies and removes closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing that does not meet removal criteria may be declined; we'll tell you plainly why.

Response times

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with a clear reason.
